Where do you ship from?

We're an American company, and we ship from the USA. We only ship to the United States, except for the following addresses:
Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe,
Armed Forces Pacific.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping for orders over US$30. For orders below US$30, an extra US$4.9 shipping fee will be added to your order total amount.

How can I track my order?

USPS parcels can be traced on https://www.usps.com, and GOFO parcels can be traced on https://www.gofoexpress.com/. You'll automatically receive tracking information via email once shipped.
