What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unopened, like-new items within 30 days of delivery for a refund (excluding original shipping fees and Package Protection). For hygienic and safety reasons, we cannot accept opened or used products - if received, you may either pay reshipping fee to have them returned to you or we'll responsibly dispose of them. Please note customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and all items must be in their original pristine condition to qualify for a refund. It will take about 15 days to process the refund of returns. For return authorization and instructions, please contact our customer service team support@wish-care.com.
Can I modify or change an order?
We’re unable to modify orders once they’re placed. To avoid errors, please review your cart and shipping address carefully before checkout. Note: Promo codes can’t be added after purchase
If you received an incorrect/damaged item, contact us within 5 days.
Can I cancel my order once it's been placed?

How do I report damaged /lost items?
Please report damaged items to support@wish-care.com within 5 days of delivery by submitting photos of the damage and packaging – claims without documentation or after this period cannot be processed, and third-party purchases must contact the original retailer.
We'll process your claim immediately and arrange priority reshipment once verified.
